Hey! So you are here to learn how to place your child’s school or sport order. First lets talk about my process.
I take the portraits on the scheduled day, you show up ready to go! And I get the best images of your child. Next I cull the images, this process is where I select the very best of each pose or expression. After this step I edit those images, I include light skin touch up/blemish removal. Sometimes I reach out if there is something specific that I am unsure is a blemish (not part of your babies face day to day) or a birthmark etc. ( A part of your childs every day good looks) After, I upload the images in a gallery online as a group with an GROUP URL and passcode. You will need to search your portrait day/time to find your child. This process from capture to website can take up to 2 weeks.

Great! Your portraits are READY and you have found the school gallery at the web address I have provided on the order form. Let me show you where you can find your childs personal image number. THIS IS SOOO IMPORTANT. This is how I will identify your child, and what you are ordering. This is the image number you will write down on the form if you are paying with cash or check.

When you click an image to enlarge it you will see the image number (circled in red)

You have seen your childs images and you are ready to order. You have 2 options. Send in EXACT cash or Check made to Cheryl McCullough (no photography) with the FILLED OUT ORDER FORM, including your childs personal image number (see above). OR you can order by credit or debit card ONLINE.

If you are ordering 3 or more digital images you can fill out the form, or you can email me so I can invoice you to give you that discount. If you order them via the gallery you will pay full price for each image.

So if you want to pay with credit card you must order online. Please click your child’s image then click the steps below to find the packages and A la Carte items. (Images below are my prices for regular sessions that have paid a session fee upfront, the prices in your gallery will be the same as the order form provided.)

After clicking the blue BUY PHOTO button you will select (from the red square) if you want to buy a PACKAGE, A LA CARTE, DIGITAL MEDIA, or ADD ON. You can only select ADD ON if you purchase a package. If you use the add on area without a package I will pop the order back over to you to reorder.

ORDER BY THE SCHOOLS DEADLINE. This is the way you get your images sent home with your child by the school. If you miss this deadline you will need to buy individual shipping to your home. The images will come directly to you. This option is also open to families who have out of town family that want to order their own and has been utilized a lot by blended families.
